Create the Bottle-in-Cake Effect

These edible bottle necks are designed for cakes where only the upper part of the bottle needs to be visible.

Position them into your cake to create the appearance of real bottles emerging from the design. They work particularly well with ice-bucket, beer-themed and celebration cakes.

Add your own edible labels, names, ages or decorative details to create a finish that fits your cake design.

Ice cubes shown in our styled photographs are not included with this product. If you would like to recreate the complete ice-bucket look, our edible isomalt ice cubes can be purchased separately.

Looking for us to personalise the neck labels for you? Please see our Personalised Beer Bottle Necks range.

Your Bottle. Your Cake. Your Finish.

The plain version is designed for cake makers who want control over the final look.

Use the bottle necks exactly as supplied for a clean finish, or add your own edible label and decorative styling to create something completely individual.

Storage & Handling

Keep your EdiBottle decorations sealed in their original cello bag with the supplied silica gel sachet until as close to presentation time as possible.

Store in a cool, dry place at room temperature, away from humidity, direct sunlight and sources of heat. Do not refrigerate.

For the best glass-like finish, place the bottle necks on the cake as late as practical before presentation or serving.

Prolonged exposure to moisture in the air or from the cake may cause the isomalt to become cloudy, sticky or lose its clear glass-like finish.

Handle carefully, as these are delicate and brittle edible sugar-art products.

Remove all packaging and the silica gel sachet before placing the decorations on a cake.

Breakable & Edible

The bottle necks are fully edible isomalt decorations.

They can be broken into smaller pieces with a gentle tap from a spoon or the blunt side of a knife and enjoyed as an isomalt confection.

Please take care when eating broken pieces, as some fragments may have sharp edges. Extra caution is advised for young children.

Handle broken pieces carefully before eating.

Handmade Sugar Art

Every EdiBottle™ piece is individually handcrafted from isomalt.

Small bubbles, slight waves and subtle variations in colour or surface finish can naturally occur during the handmade process. These are normal characteristics of handcrafted sugar art and make each piece slightly unique.

Ingredients & Allergy Information

Use the exact ingredient declaration shown on the current Brown and Green production labels, as the colouring formulation may differ between finishes.

Allergens: No allergens present.

Produced in a kitchen that also handles dairy, eggs, gluten, soy, peanuts and tree nuts. Cross-contamination cannot be completely excluded.

We develop and use our products in real cakes, so they are designed around the practical needs of cake makers: visual impact, consistency and ease of use.

Why EdiBottle™ special?

EdiBottle™ is the world’s first handmade edible sugar bottle designed with the perfect clarity, strength, and weight to replace glass on cakes. Each piece is created in our Berkshire studio using double-walled moulds and premium isomalt – a healthier sugar alternative.

Alongside our signature bottles, we also craft bespoke fondant toppers with the same precision and artistry. Together, they transform cakes into unforgettable centrepieces – not just desserts, but experiences.
