How are the Isomalt bottles and Sugar Crafts packaged for shipping?

Bottles are carefully packed in a cellobag, bubble wrap, and honeycomb paper to ensure protection during shipment.

How to store Isomalt bottles?

Please keep Isomalt bottles in a dry place at room temperature in their cello bag away from direct sunlight (NOT IN THE FRIDGE).

 

Avoid storing them in high-humidity areas, as Isomalt can absorb moisture and become sticky, losing its shine and turning cloudy.

My product was damaged upon arrival. What should I do?

Kindly notify Edibottle.com right away and include a photo on the day of delivery. However, there are no warranties beyond delivery, as bottles are your responsibility to handle and store properly.

How to store Fondant cake toppers?

Carefully remove all packaging upon receiving your Fondant cake toppers. Since fondant is fragile, store the figures away from direct sunlight and moisture. 

Keep them in a dry place at room temperature (NOT IN THE FRIDGE). If the model seems soft, allow it to air dry for a couple of hours for it to harden up. Minor repairs can be done using a little water.
